Herzlich willkommen! Ich bin Julia und blogge seit 2010 Rezepte aus allen Himmelsrichtungen - mal aufwendiger, mal einfach, mal exotisch, mal traditionell. Manche sind blitzschnell fertig, andere benötigen etwas Zeit. Aber ich koche immer ohne chi-chi. Als Wahl-Wiesbadenerin liebe ich lokale Produkte aus dem Rheingau, lasse mich aber auch aus aller Welt inspirieren. Meine Lieblingsküche ist die indische mit all ihrer Vielfalt und 1001 Gewürzen!!
